How to Stop Suicidal Thoughts

How To Stop Suicidal Thoughts

In this article you will learn how to stop suicidal thoughts.

This is the sort of information I wish I had learned many years ago, as it would have saved me a lot of pain.

For 16 years I thought of suicide pretty much non-stop.

Even at my happiest moments I would think, “Yeah I’m kind of happy right now, but I know my life will get bad again, so I still rather die then live.”

If I wasn’t actively thinking of how to commit suicide then I was just waiting to die.

I use to go online and search for how to stop being suicidal, but all I would find were things like “find something you love” or “tell a friend”.

Don’t they realize how hard it is to tell someone your suicidal – how frightening!

And it’s not like I could just “find something I love” – my problems went a lot deeper, and couldn’t be solved so easily.

So eventually I said “screw it”, if no one else was going to teach me how to stop suicidal thoughts I was going to teach myself.

It took a lot of work and I didn’t do so well at first – a lot of nights I would come home crying, depressed, just wanting to give up and either kill myself, or watch TV and eat junk food for the rest of my life.

The breakthrough came when I started discovering things I don’t think anyone has every realized before.

For example, I figured out how to solve the problems – some of which I bet are effecting you right now in your life:

  • You’re a follower.

You please others because to you friendship is about caring for each other, and helping each other out.

But your friends don’t return the favor. They don’t care for you the same way you care for them, and they don’t seem to want to help you with your problems.

  • You’re lonely.

You’re single and you don’t know how to get into a relationship.

You don’t know what steps to take to go from just meeting someone to boyfriend and girlfriend – and really you’re not sure why someone would want to be your boy/girlfriend in the first place.

  • You have a very low opinion of yourself.

You think you’re a loser, and you’ll always be miserable.

All it takes is for you to start thinking negatively about yourself and you’ll start feeling depressed and suicidal.

These things are fixable and you can fix them.

In fact, more than that – you have to fix them.

At least you have to fix them if you ever want to stop feeling suicidal.

Luckily, I’ve developed a method for doing just that.

This is a method I give to my clients who are feeling suicidal and want to learn how to stop suicidal thoughts – and it has worked for them and will likely work for you.

On the next page we are going to discuss how to stop suicidal thoughts beginning with a video on how to get out of pain.

You may not realize it but a lot of your pain comes internally…

For example, you come home at night and are feeling pretty good but then you start to think about how awful your life is…

You start to think of all the horrible things that have happened to you in the past and all the horrible things that will happen to you in the future.

You get depressed and cry and want to kill yourself…

Well what happened between coming home feeling okay, and crying to yourself hoping to die?

The only thing that happened is you thought about stuff – therefore your thoughts give you pain.

Well if you never want to do that again go to the next page where the two videos there will teach you how to stop suicidal thoughts by tonight.
